SHIPPING INFO & FAQ's

Q: After I pay for my order, when will it be shipped out?
A: In most cases your order will ship within 48 hours after payment is received. Paypal payments, Money Orders and Cash will ship right away (as soon as payment is received). Personal Checks will have to wait to clear before the order is shipped.

Q: After my order is shipped, when can I expect it to arrive?
A: Your guess is as good as ours :o)
Seriously though, once it leaves our hands it is up to the Post Office to do their job. Most domestic orders only take 2-5 days to arrive. There are always going to be orders that take longer to arrive and we just don't have any control over that.

Q: Do you offer Insurance and or Tracking options?
A: Yes and Yes. When an order is insured with the USPS it is covered for the amount of the invoice for lost or damaged merchandise. It is RARE that your order will be lost or damaged (most of that is because of they way we pack your order). Tracking numbers will be on just about every order, that way you will be able to track the order at USPS.com after we provide you with the tracking number or it will be e-mailed to you.

Q: How will I know that the cards I order will arrive in the condition stated?
A: We take great care in packing up the orders and ship all single cards in Protective Holders and sets in Boxes to avoid damage. Once it leaves our hands we are not responsible for what happens to the order and encourage you to add insurance if you are worried about the order.

Q: Do you ship World Wide?
A: Yes, we ship everywhere in the world and will offer different methods of International Shipping.

Q: How do you determine shipping prices?
A: We pull numbers out of a hat. No, not really. Postage is based on weight and in most cases a FLAT fee is charged which covers all SHIPPING and HANDLING fees. Sometimes you will pay more for shipping than the item itself, but in order for the item to arrive it has to be PULLED, PROTECTED, PACKED, and SHIPPED with appropriate postage charged.

Q: How can I find out what my order will cost to ship?
A: The item page will give you shipping options for that one item. If you wanted to combine multiple items just send us an e-mail to info@nonsportsingles.com and we will give you a quote or send you an invoice.
